Board Members


Dan Easter-President
Dan Easter was elected to the MLIPRD board in June, 2010. He served as board Secretary until 2012 and he was nominated and elected Board President in 2012. He was re-elected in 2013 and continues to hold the position of President. Dan has participated in Lake District and Commissioner Seminars at the annual Wisconsin Lakes Association convention in 2011 and 2012.

Dan first visited Montello in 1997 with his soon to be wife, Joann. Joann’s family has owned their property on Montello Lake for over 30 years. Dan holds a strong interest in a healthy and vibrant Montello Lake, being a lake property owner and fisherman.  Dan lives in New Berlin WI, with his wife Joann.

Sandee Muchka -Treasurer
Sandee Muchka has been a property owner on Montello Lake for almost 30 years. Her mother’s family (Cotter) originated from Montello owning 120 acres of farmland out on Gem Road. As time passed the land was sold and her father purchased a small cottage on Montello Lake. Montello Lake and its community hold very special memories for her and her family.
She has been the treasurer for the Montello Lake District since early 2012 and also serves as the secretary for the Montello Lake Property Owners association.

Sandee is a Respiratory Care Practitioner at Froedtert Hospital of Milwaukee and she is one of the Coordinators for the Respiratory Care Department.
She lives in the Town of Vernon with her husband Chuck and their 2 dogs Boomer and Bella.

Elsie Roth-Secretary
Elsie Roth has been a property owner on Montello Lake for 10 years. She is a Mobile Notary as a profession providing notary services for real estate transactions and other notary needs. Elsie has been the secretary for the Montello Lake District since 2012 and also serves on the Montello Lake Property Owners Association as treasurer.

She has represented the Montello Lake Property Owners Association at the annual Wisconsin Lakes Association (WAL) since 2007. Elsie believes that attending the WAL conference is the best resource to continue learning  the most current information for controlling aquatic invasive species.

Elsie also does volunteer work for other nonprofit organizations including Church Board/Treasurer and Board Member and Treasurer for the Marquette County Habitat for Humanity.
